Transcripts

Students that graduated before 2025 must request official transcripts through Parchment. The cost for alumni is $8 per transcript and a credit/debit card is required. 

• Transcripts do NOT include college readiness standardized testing scores. Contact https://www.actstudent.org/ or https://www.collegeboard.com/ directly to have scores sent to post-secondary institutions.

Alumni can also request an official transcript in-person at the main office of Stillwater Area High School between the hours of 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on school days. The front office is only able to accept cash or check during in-person requests, and an advance appointment is preferred as requests are processed automatically while you wait. Photo ID is required.

University of Minnesota CIS transcript ordering: Request official transcripts as part of the college application process. If students apply to the University of Minnesota, there is no need to submit an official UMN transcript; however, note in the application that University of Minnesota courses are being taken in high school.

Century College Concurrent Enrollment transcript ordering: Century College will ensure that students have access to necessary campus resources and provide completion letters along with links to transcripts upon successful completion.
 

For it to be official, a transcript must have the school seal and be mailed directly from Stillwater Area High School.

• Please allow at least two weeks for processing.
• Transcript requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
• By appointment, former students can also come in-person to the high school on school days to request their transcript between the hours of 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. In-person payment is cash or check only. Photo ID is required.
