Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts and report cards are available to students and families in PowerSchool under the Student Reports tab.

Official transcripts for current students are automatically sent through SchooLinks when applications are submitted. Additional transcripts can also be requested within SchooLinks. Alumni that graduated prior to 2025 must request official transcripts through Parchment for a fee of $8.

Transcripts do NOT include college readiness standardized testing scores. Contact https://www.actstudent.org/ or https://www.collegeboard.com/ directly to have scores sent to post-secondary institutions.

Current Student Transcript Requests

Official transcripts are sent to universities and colleges automatically for current students through SchooLinks. When an application is submitted, the SchooLinks system automatically handles transcript submissions at no cost to the student.

Requests for additional transcripts needed for NCAA, insurance, financial aid, or scholarships can also be made directly within SchooLinks.

Current students and any graduating after 2025 do not need to use the previous Parchment system for transcript requests.

Alumni Transcript Requests

Students that graduated before 2025 must request official transcripts through Parchment. The cost for alumni is $8 per transcript and a credit/debit card is required.

College In the Schools / Concurrent Enrollment Transcripts

University of Minnesota CIS transcript ordering: Request official transcripts as part of the college application process. If students apply to the University of Minnesota, there is no need to submit an official UMN transcript; however, note in the application that University of Minnesota courses are being taken in high school.

Century College Concurrent Enrollment transcript ordering: Century College will ensure that students have access to necessary campus resources and provide completion letters along with links to transcripts upon successful completion.

In-Person Official Transcript Process

The majority of official transcript requests can be fulfilled electronically via SchooLinks or Parchment.

Examples of reasons to obtain in-person official transcripts:

$ 8 payment is required for hard copy transcripts and is payable by cash or check only. Photo ID is required. No cost for current SAHS students. These transcripts are available on school days between 7:15 am - 3:45 pm at the SAHS Main Office. Please see the Registrar.
