School Supply List

Hello, Stillwater Area High School Families!

To help you prepare for the upcoming school year, we have compiled all of our classroom supply lists into this single, easy-to-use guide. Whether your student is entering Preschool, 5th Grade, or one of our special programs, you will find everything you need right here.

How to use this guide:

  • Find Your Grade: Find your student’s specific grade level, program, or elective.

    9th & 10th Grade
    11th & 12th Grade

  • Check the Labels: Please pay close attention to the specific notes for your child's grade. Teachers have highlighted which personal items (like headphones, water bottles, and binders) should be clearly labeled with their first and last names.

If you have any questions about the items listed or need assistance, please reach out to our Welcome Center at 651-351-8340 or email welcome@stillwaterschools.org.

Thank you for your partnership in getting our students ready for a fantastic school year!

Chromebook and Locker Information

Grades 9 and 10

Grade 9 and 10 students at SAHS have access to lockers, however passing time is limited, so all supplies should fit in their backpack. Lockers are intended more for storage of jackets, lunches, and other items that do not need to be obtained in between each class.

  • Please bring the school-issued Chromebook to each class.
    • NOTE: Chromebooks are assigned to students in September/October. If access to a device is needed prior to Chromebook delivery, please contact the Technology Office.
  • All Grade 9 and 10 students are given an SAHS Academic Planner.
  • Some courses have specific supply information shared directly by the teacher once school begins.

Grades 11 and 12

  • Please bring the school-issued Chromebook to each class
NOTE: Chromebooks are assigned to students in September/October. If access to a device is needed prior to delivery of a Chromebook, please contact the Technology Office.

  • Lockers are available by request: Contact the student's Pony Center if they are interested in using a locker

  • Students carry their backpack with them at all times if no locker is requested

  • Specific supply information for courses is shared directly by the teacher once school begins
