STILLWATER, Minn. – Oct. 10, 2025 – To help keep everyone safe during the winter months, we are adding a new hub stop option for high school students living north of Highway 36 within the (2-mile no bus zone) area where bus service is not normally provided. A hub stop is a central pick-up location where students can get on a bus to their school.  This option was developed in response to concerns about crossing the highway when sidewalks and crosswalks are covered with snow and ice.

We have created three designated hub stops. Families can pick the stop that works best for them:

  • Stop #1: 1677 Orleans Street West (at the mailbox)

  • Stop #2: 2225 Orleans Street West (at the parking lot entrance)

  • Stop #3: Intersection of Croixwood Blvd & Driftwood Lane

Register for a hub stop by completing this SAHS Hub Stop Form. Registration is required in order to ride the bus. Please allow up to two business days after submitting the form for your student to be placed on the route. Once verified, you’ll receive bus stop times through the MyRide K12 app

This new hub system is an efficient and cost-neutral way to provide safe and reliable transportation for families.
