Graduation is just around the corner. Make sure you're ready.

2024-25 Important Dates

• Friday, Dec. 20: Yearbook senior portrait submission deadline. Photos must be uploaded to www.stillwateryearbook.com, and if a photo is not received, the school ID photo will be used. Find full details regarding senior yearbook photos on the yearbook website.
• Friday, Feb. 7: Order Cap & Gown by this date
• Friday, Feb. 14 at 11:59 p.m.: Community Scholarships application deadline
• Thursday, April 17: Senior Meetings with Principal Bach
• Wednesday, May 21 at 7 p.m.: Community Scholarship Awards Ceremony in Auditorium 
• Friday, May 23: Cap & Gown Distribution in the Main Forum
  • Pay the Graduation Fee ($30) online prior to Cap and Gown Distribution
  • Distribution includes cap, gown, tassel, six tickets, and cord or stole (where earned)
  • Senior Surveys must be completed by all seniors prior to cap and gown distribution
• Friday, May 23: Senior Signing Day in outside courtyard
• Wednesday, June 4 at 10:30 a.m.: Graduation practice in SAHS Gymnasium - REQUIRED
• Saturday, June 7 at 7 p.m.: Commencement Ceremony at Roy Wilkins Auditorium
  • Graduates should arrive by 6:15 p.m., while doors for the public open at 5:45 p.m.
  • Order Lifetouch Photos of your Senior at the Ceremony!
  • Catch a free live stream of graduation on Valley Access Cable TV's YouTube channel, or on Comcast channel 15 and 798HD. 
• Saturday, June 7 - Sunday, June 8: Senior All Night Party at PINZ in Oakdale from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Complete early bird registration prior to Dec. 31 for $100, followed by $125 beginning Jan. 1. Click HERE to register.
• Friday, June 20: Final transcripts become available.
  • Order via SchooLinks beginning in the August after graduation. 
    • College-bound student-athletes must also send a final transcript from SchooLinks to the NCAA Eligibility Center. Final transcripts will have senior year second semester grades and graduation date.
