We've made it easier than ever for you to plan your future. Our Pathways & Possibilities program helps students EXPLORE career options, and PLAN their class schedules each year to help them ACHIEVE those specific career goals.

Welcome New SAHS Students!
Our Counseling staff will return in August while our main office will have limited summer hours. If you need assistance, please call the main office at 651-351-8040.
New students will need assistance from counselors to register for courses and will be able to do so in August.
You will receive information from your school in mid-August, including details about back-to-school activities, class placement/schedules, bus routes and more. Please watch for emails or phone calls from us in the meantime in case more information is needed!
Follow these 5 easy steps to register for high school courses:
- Review the graduation requirements to make sure you’re on track for graduation
- Pick your core courses in English (Language Arts), social studies, math, science, art, health and physical education
- Think about what you want to accomplish after high school and make sure you’re doing all you can to prepare now
- Explore electives courses in our Universal Electives and four Pathways areas
- Fill out your Course Builder and register for classes in PowerSchool

*NOTE: To finish registering, each student must have 17 selected courses (6 courses first semester/6 courses second semester/5 alternates)
