Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts and report cards are available to students and families in PowerSchool under the Student Reports tab.

Online: Stillwater Area High School uses PARCHMENT to request transcripts. Official transcripts cost $6 for current students and $8 for alumni (credit/debit card required).

Transcripts do NOT include college readiness standardized testing scores. Contact https://www.actstudent.org/ or https://www.collegeboard.com/ directly to have scores sent to post-secondary institutions.

Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, NCAA or scholarship funds that are selected, and tracking can be requested. When transcript requests are approved, an email confirmation is sent and the transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the selected destination).

In-Person: In-person official transcript requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis or by appointment, on school days at the main office of Stillwater Area High School between the hours of 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. In-person payment for official transcripts is cash or check only. Photo ID is required.

Official Transcript Process

For it to be official, a transcript must have the school seal and be mailed directly from Stillwater Area High School.

Please allow at least two weeks for processing.
Transcript requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis.
By appointment, former students can also come in person to the high school on school days to request their transcript between the hours of 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. In-person payment is cash or check only. Photo ID is required.

College In the Schools / Concurrent Enrollment Transcripts

University of Minnesota CIS transcript ordering: Request official transcripts as part of the college application process. If students apply to the University of Minnesota, there is no need to submit an official UMN transcript; however, note in the application that University of Minnesota courses are being taken in high school.

Century College Concurrent Enrollment transcript ordering: Century College will ensure that students have access to necessary campus resources and provide completion letters along with links to transcripts upon successful completion.
